A sunset sound bath sanctuary.

As the sun lowers and the horizon turns gold, rest comfortably while healing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and/or drums fill the space with layered sound. Each tone arrives like a tide, washing through the body and making room inside the breath. The soundscape gives the nervous system something steady to settle into, a rhythm to remember. The mind grows quieter without effort. The body unwinds in its own time. What has been held too tightly can soften, release, and return to balance.
