Whether you have years of experience or are taking your first steps on the mat, our private yoga sessions are designed to meet your unique needs. For those well-versed in yoga, we will assist you in refining your practice, pushing boundaries, and delving into uncharted territory. As beginners, you'll receive patient guidance through foundational poses, with a strong emphasis on alignment and gradual progression. ​But our sessions offer more than just physical exercise. They delve into the realms of mindfulness and inner peace, prioritizing your mental and emotional wellbeing. Through personalized instruction, we will help you go deeper into your practice, addressing any queries you may have, and nurturing your overall sense of wellness. Whether you're seeking physical mastery or a tranquil mind, our private yoga sessions are tailored to your individual aspirations, providing a space where your needs are met and your journey is nurtured. To further support your wellbeing, you can enhance your private yoga session with optional add-ons tailored to what you need most in the moment. If you choose an add-on, the session becomes a combined experience: approximately 45 minutes of personalized yoga, followed by about 30 minutes of Reiki or Sound Healing/Sound Bath. Reiki: A gentle and powerful energy-healing practice using the “laying on hands” technique to help channel life force energy through the body. It’s designed to support stress relief, emotional release, and a deep reset. Sound Healing: A targeted, 1:1 vibrational healing session using pure quartz crystal tuning forks tuned to 432 Hz (often called the “heartbeat of the Earth”). The forks are placed on or near the body to help clear energetic blockages, calm the nervous system, and promote balance on a deeper, cellular level. Sound Bath: A deeply immersive sound bath experience using an array of instruments to layer waves of sound and bring you back into vibrational harmony. Each session can feel different, but the intention is to support profound nervous system restoration so your system can naturally settle, rebalance, and integrate.

ॐ Stress-free transport – Want to skip the hassle of getting to our studio? We offer round-trip transportation from and to the Police Academy near Rethymno’s city center for a small extra charge. Sit back, relax, and let us do the driving while you get ready to enjoy your session, stress-free! ॐ Be fashionably early – Arriving at least 5 minutes before your session gives you time to set up and channel your inner Zen. ॐ Empty belly, happy practice – Avoid eating and drinking for at least 30 minutes before. Your stomach (and your poses) will thank you. ॐ Feet first! Yoga is best practiced barefoot, so let those toes breathe. Kindly ditch the socks and shoes before we begin. ॐ Silence is golden – Keep the peace by switching your phone to silent. Your emails and texts will survive without you (we promise). ॐ No wardrobe distractions – Comfy, snug clothes are ideal. A small towel might come in handy if you break a sweat. ॐ Health first!
