Private Yoga + Art
At a Seaside Residence: An exploration of Mindfulness and Creativity through Yoga and Art.
All the Details
Combining yoga with a creative art session creates a holistic experience that nurtures both the body and the mind. Yoga, with its emphasis on mindfulness and physical alignment, prepares participants to enter a state of calm and focused awareness. This enhanced state of mind can significantly enhance the creative process, allowing for a more intuitive and free-flowing expression in art. As individuals move through yoga poses, they release physical and mental tension, opening up channels of creativity. Set at a picturesque seaside residence, this session is further enriched by the serene sea and surrounding nature, serving as a profound source of inspiration. The soothing sounds of the waves and the beauty of the natural environment provide a perfect backdrop for both the yoga practice and the subsequent creative art session. Together, we will create beautiful and memorable keepsakes. This carefully curated program is perfect for visitors and locals alike, offering an engaging and memorable experience. It’s ideal for one-on-one sessions or for groups, allowing for personalized attention or a shared journey of creativity and mindfulness. The fusion of yoga and art not only promotes overall well-being but also fosters a deeper connection between inner experiences and outward expression, resulting in a unique and fulfilling journey of self-discovery and artistic exploration.
Pssst... Here's the Deal
ॐ Preparation is key – To ensure everything is in place for your session, we’ll arrive 15 to 30 minutes early to set up. This allows us to create a calm, peaceful space so you can focus entirely on your practice. ॐ Picture-perfect mindfulness – Snap before or after, not mid-Om. For events needing extra photography, please inform us in advance so we can organize to capture the magic without breaking the flow. ॐ Empty belly, happy practice – Avoid eating and drinking for at least 30 minutes before. Your stomach (and your poses) will thank you. ॐ Feet first! Yoga is best practiced barefoot, so let those toes breathe. Kindly ditch the socks and shoes before we begin. ॐ Silence is golden – Keep the peace by switching your phone to silent. Your emails and texts will survive without you (we promise). ॐ No wardrobe distractions – Comfy, snug clothes are ideal. A small towel might come in handy if you break a sweat. ॐ Health first! If you have any health concerns, check in with your doctor or therapist before starting your yoga journey. And let us know if there’s anything we should be mindful of to support you. ॐ Now, take a deep breath… and see you on the mat!
