All the Details

Imagine this: you step into a private yoga and sound bath session, where bliss is served in two perfectly balanced parts. First, you’re gently guided through a personalized yoga practice. It can be invigorating and flowing, awakening your strength and energy, or slow and soothing, focusing on gentle, yin, and restorative movement. Either way, it’s a practice designed just for you, with modifications to keep things comfortable and accessible. Once you’ve awakened your body, it’s time to settle into stillness. You are invited to ease into a cozy resting position on your mat for a savasana that’s not just any savasana. Enter the magic of crystal singing bowls, each tuned to the resonant frequency of 432Hz—a frequency in harmony with the natural vibrations of the universe. Many say this tuning promotes a deep sense of balance and inner alignment, helping to shift stuck energy and bring clarity to the mind. As the bowls fill the space with deep, vibrating tones, the sound moves through you, drawing you into a meditative state. This isn’t just a passive experience—it’s an immersive journey into sound, sensation, and self awareness. Let the vibrations do their work, leaving you grounded, clear, and deeply connected. Pure transformation, delivered in waves. Are you ready to embark on a soulful journey of body-mind-spirit and deep resonance?
