Join our signature Om Home Vinyasa Flow Yoga class in-person at Om Home studio in Rethymno or online via livestream from anywhere. Same class, your choice of location! Welcome to Om Home Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a unique blend of dynamic movement and deep mindfulness. This practice will challenge your body while centering your mind. Each inhale and exhale becomes the rhythm that carries you through the flow, creating a moving meditation that builds strength, balance, and flexibility while cultivating profound inner stillness. We weave in elements of yogic wisdom, from philosophy and mantras to mudras and breathwork techniques, tailoring each class to what feels most supportive for that day. In-studio & Online: ॐ Arrive with presence – Coming 5-10 minutes early allows you to settle in, set up your space, and begin transitioning into your practice. ॐ Barefoot practice – Yoga is traditionally practiced barefoot to deepen your connection with the earth and enhance stability in your poses. ॐ Create sacred space – Please set your phone to silent so we can all honor the stillness and focus of our practice together. ॐ Practice with ease – We recommend avoiding food and drink for at least 30 minutes before class to support your comfort and movement. ॐ Dress for movement – Comfortable, fitted clothing allows for freedom of movement. A small towel can be helpful if you find yourself warming up. ॐ Honor your body – If you have any health concerns, please consult with your healthcare provider before beginning your yoga practice. Let us know of anything we should be aware of so we can best support you. ॐ Reserve your space – Class size is limited to ensure quality attention. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 3 hours in advance. We understand life unfolds in unexpected ways and appreciate your communication. ॐ Take a deep breath... we'll see you on the mat. In-studio: ॐ Shared journey – We offer a complimentary group ride from and back to the Police Academy near Rethymno's city center. Practice is accessible to all, transportation included. ॐ Mats available – All props are provided at the studio. Simply arrive and step onto your mat, unless you prefer to bring your own. Online: ॐ Your link awaits – Before each class, we'll send you the video link to join us from wherever you are. ॐ Gather your props – Have these items nearby to support your practice: - 1 yoga strap (preferably 2.5 cm or longer) - 2 yoga blocks - 1-2 blankets - 1 pillow ॐ Camera positioning – Please set up your camera to show your full body on the mat. While the dynamic nature of vinyasa makes it challenging to observe everyone throughout the entire class, we'll offer verbal guidance and instructions whenever possible to support your practice.
